All services provided by 25th Hour Business Solutions are non-refundable.

Due to the customized, time-based, and digital nature of marketing services, all payments made for services are final. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason once payment has been submitted.

Marketing results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on multiple factors outside of our control, including but not limited to product availability, content quality, frequency of promotions, client communication, website performance, audience behavior, and overall business operations.

Client cooperation, timely communication, and access to required platforms and assets are necessary for successful service delivery. Failure to provide these does not constitute grounds for a refund.
